Diamond Valley Chamber Mission Statement

The mission of the Diamond Valley Chamber of Commerce is to be a vibrant, inspiring and supportive organization working for the benefit of the business community throughout our region.

Serving: Longview, Black Diamond, Turner Valley, Millarville.

How Does The Chamber Operate?

The Diamond Valley Chamber of Commerce is still in its infancy as an organized association of local business operators. In 2018 we will be seeking to grow membership, partner affiliations and volunteer participation to gain strength and vitality in our quest to become a more effective body supporting you, the local business operator.

There are no paid employees at this time. We operate as a virtual organization. Their is no permanent physical office space. All planning, direction, event/activity organization and member communication is accomplished through the efforts of a small but committed cadre of volunteers. We collaborate and coordinate, as much as possible, with other established community groups.

Operating revenue comes primarily from membership fees and donations. We are happy to accept donations in kind. Meeting space is usually sourced from available member facilities or from community public facilities.
